Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards or debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, we love simplicity. You can place an order without creating an account. 

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to your email address or phone number when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@eliteflags.com just in case there’s a problem with your order information. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. 

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there's a problem with making your flag, you ordered a flag but want a custom design, or if you've asked us to cancel. We will reach out to you to clarify your order if we have questions about your purchase. If we do not get a response, it may stop us from proceeding in making your flag. After 72 hours with no response, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We'll always let you know and process your refund in full as quickly as possible. 

How do I cancel my order?

We try to fulfill orders as fast as possible. By doing so, there is a limited amount of time between when an order is placed, and we send it to production. Contact support@eliteflags.com immediately after ordering if you wish to cancel. Unfortunately, if we have started making your order, we can no longer cancel. You can always return your purchase for a full refund to the address below. 

 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we're unable to modify your order once we've started processing it. You can check to see if we have processed it or not. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online as we never keep our customer's credit card information. 

When will my order arrive?

All flags are made to order and made in the order they are received. We try to fulfill orders as fast as possible. US-based orders typically take 10 to 14 days to make and ship. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 21 days or more. Contact support@eliteflags.com if you would like a status update on your order; please include your order number and name. There may be an increase in manufacturing times during the holidays or an unforeseen spike in orders. If your order is taking longer than expected, please accept our sincere apology. We appreciate your patience while we complete your order and doing all we can to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you've ordered, the quantity, and the country where it's being delivered. For domestic orders, Shipping for Wall Flags starts at $6.00, and Outdoor Flags at $10.00. For international orders, shipping starts at $15.00. We use UPS to help guarantee quick and tracked delivery. We will send you the tracking number when we are ready to ship your order. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We'll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you'll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Please get in touch with support@eliteflags.com if you have not received any updates to your order in 14 days. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it's undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging for a full refund. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. You must notify us at support@eliteflags.com  and send returns to the address below as our manufacturing facility does not take returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a full refund to the account used for purchase.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via support@eliteflags. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria. You can return your item to us, as long as it's undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item. Send returns to the address below as our manufacturing facility does not take returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a full refund to the account used for purchase.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

If you are reading this before you order, please fully read the description of the product. Currently, we offer two different types of flags, Wall Flags, and Outdoor Flags. Wall flags are single-sided made to be hung against a solid surface indoors, and Ourdoor flags are double-sided, specially designed to be flown outdoors. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or the incorrect flag, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@eliteflags.com with the details. We'll respond within 48 hours. If you just don't like the product for any reason, we'll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it's in "as new" condition, in its original packaging. 

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
